We process the personal data submitted through the contact form in order to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and conduct further correspondence. The legal bases for processing are Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and the legitimate interests pursued by the controller under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Your data may be disclosed to service providers responsible for hosting, email services and the technical operation of the contact form and website. The contact form is technically operated by FormSubmit (Devro LABS), which forwards the content of your submission to our email address. Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and subsequently until the expiry of the limitation period for any potential claims.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl.
